C-level responsibility for a 200+ FTE operational organization and ICT. Managed a €3–5M annual investment budget and led the GAMP5-validated Dynamics 365 F&O migration, turning six-month delivery delays into on-time performance.

Built the site's complete IT function from scratch and led ICT, Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC and HSE (50+ FTE). Delivered the S/4HANA migration for 200+ users at roughly 50% below the original cost estimate.
